Barong and Keris Dance Perfomance
We will start our trip going to enjoy the balinese classical Barong and Keris Dance performance. Barong is probably the most well known dance. It is also another story telling dance, narrating the fight between good and evil. The Barong is the magical protector of Balinese villages. As & lord of the forest with fantastic fanged mask and long mane. This dance is the classic example of Balinese way of acting out mythology, resulting in myth and history being blended into one reality.
Art Village
In this tour on a Ubud day tour, we will take you to the art village in Ubud. in total there are four villages known for their artistic crafts. if you like gold and silver jewelry, then visiting Celuk Village is very appropriate. then to the village of Mas to see woodcarving craftsmen, then to the Batuan village to see traditional painting. the last to the village of Tohpati is to see the process of making batik cloth typical of Bali.
Coffee Plantation
If you are a coffee lover, then this trip is very fun because we are going to a coffee plantation. there we will see farmers how to process coffee, besides that we can also taste different types of coffee flavors for free.
Tegallalang Rice Terrace
The Rice Terrace of Tegallalang in Ubud is famous for its beautiful views of rice fields involving subak (traditional Balinese cooperative irrigation system). this place is so clean and still natural if you need refreshing this place is right.
Ubud Monkey Forest
The Ubud Monkey Forest lies within the village of Padangtegal, which owns it. The village’s residents view the Monkey Forest as an important spiritual, economic, educational, and conservation center for the village. There are many of point of interest that you can see here. Other than around 700 monkeys, you also can see 186 species of trees in 12.5 hectares of forest, where will allowing you to get an abundant of fresh air.
Ubud Royal Palace
The Ubud Royal Palace is one of the most prominent places in Ubud. The palace can also be regarded as the focal landmark of Ubud. The Ubud Palace was built during the lordship of the late Ida Tjokorda Putu Kandel (1800-1823), and is well-kept by his successive heirs.
Ubud Art Market
The Ubud Art Market, locally referred to as ‘Pasar Seni Ubud’ is located opposite the the Puri Saren Royal Ubud Palace and is open daily. Here you can find beautiful silk scarves, lightweight shirts, handmade woven bags, baskets or hats; statues, kites and many other hand-crafted goods.
